Wear the Work: Turning Brand into Experience

The next step after refreshing a brand is to bring it to life—getting the word out and embodying the audience you want to attract. Merch does exactly that. It’s not just gear; it’s a moving, living billboard.

We set out to create mini ads that carried our brand’s hardworking, bold, and fun attitude into the world. From sticker packs and small prints to fresh shirts and logo’d hats, we gave the public ways to spread the word and wear the message.

For participants, we designed exclusive shirts that turned a season of service into a collection worth building year after year. This initiative makes memories wearable, each piece a reminder of shared work and adventure. And because our crews especially loved rocking bandanas this year, we surprised them with on-brand designs that tied the whole look together.
